I recently rented a trailer parking space from this location on Garrisonville Road in Stafford. Natalie and both Emily's were wonderful to work with. They accommodated a change in my appointment to check out the place, let me verify that my trailer fit into the parking space properly before signing the contract. They were all very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process!  All three of the office personnel that I dealt with were clearly interested in developing and maintaining a good relationship with a new customer, and helped me out with all the information I needed to get the ball rolling. I highly recommend this location for personal or business storage or parking needs, and know that this business will flourish with the type of office management they currently have! These days, excellent customer service (like I received from Natalie and both of the Emily's in the office this week) is a rare gem to find, and I fully appreciate it! Thanks to all three of you for a superb job well done!

This storage facility has outstanding customer service!  Each time I’ve come in, even for a question, either of the two Emily’s have been quick to assist.  I recommend using this Public storage for any of your storage needs!

I came in to purchase some packing peanuts and they had a great deal going on, Katie gave me excellent service and if I ever need any boxes I’ll definitely come back here!
