I also was hesitant to try this location due to the reviews but was too sick to drive any further. The NP was a gem and not only immensely helpful, but also had great bedside manor. I was in a lot of pain with what turned out to be a horrid case of strep. She prescribed me an antibiotic and gave me great advice on how to speed up the recovery. Less than 24 hours later I feel 80% better than I did this morning. I couldn't be happier I came in, and that I gave this nearby location a chance.

NP Vinueza was amazing. I had to bring my 2 young kids along to an appointment and she was patient and understanding. Incredibly professional. I was seen on time and out quickly as well. I will be returning here.

I'll admit when I read the (bad) review, I was a little hesitant to try them, but the Kelly Lane location was so close to my home (and my sinus headache was getting worse), that I decided to give it a try. To sum it up, my experience was GREAT! I went after work and was seen immediately after I finished the electronic sign-in procedure. The NP, Halana, did the usual initial Q & A and verified my insurance. Halana was wonderful! Her examination was thorough and she provided great advice for getting myself better faster. When I was done, I walked right around the corner to the pharmacy and my prescription was ready! Sorry about the other person's experience, but mine was just the opposite. I would highly recommend this particular Minute Clinic!

My experience was awful here. I got there before they opened at 8:30. I signed in to the Kiosk for a DOT physical. (This is listed to be one of there services.). When the nurse finally decided to show up to work, Iwas told she did not have the certification to perform the physical and I would have to go to a different location. ExpressMd. Just up the road by Starbucks was much more professional.
