Founded in 1965 by John Mitchum in Ozark MO, Mitchum Jewelers started off as a watch repair shop. John later went on to expand his store to carry fine jewelry as well. Over 47 years later Mitchum Jewelers has grown to be one of the most recognized jewelry stores in the area. Mitchum's is proud to offer a wide bridal selection including TACORI and Parade Designs as well as many others. We are also an authorized Pandora dealer. Staying true to our watch roots we still proudly sell watches including Tissot and Seiko as well as a few others. Though we specialize in ladies, we also offer gents wedding bands and jewelry! Mitchum Jewelers is not only a jewelry store but a full service repair shop as well. We work on not only your jewelry but your watches too!

My wedding ring went into the garbage disposal while it was running. I went into a local jeweler and was told they could try to fix it but it would still have dents and dings. I then took it into Mitchum and Aaron was confident he could make it like new. I got my ring back today and i can say that I think it looks BETTER than new! Completely impressed with his work and the personal care that Hollie took to walk me through the insurance process. Customer for life! ❤️

WONDERFUL experience! Randy will take excellent care of you. I went multiple other places looking for the perfect ring; Mitchum was the only location around Springfield with a large selection of oval engagement rings! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Randy and his employees are all amazing. They take the time and effort to learn your name and help you. They all are extremely friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to keep you as a customer. They all believe in their product and will back it up and fix anything you may request. I am so thankful that my husband chose them to buy my engagement and wedding band from them. I get so many compliments on my ribs and how beautiful it is. I always let them know I got it from Mitchum Jewler and they are then best!

We looked EVERYWHERE for the perfect engagement ring.  We are from Austin, Texas and couldn't find anything she liked all over the city.  We even looked around the Dallas area and couldn't find anything she liked. 
 After making a family trip to Springfield, we stopped by Mitchum Jewelers.  Randy and his staff almost by instinct knew what she wanted and pulled out an engagement ring that was perfect for my now fiancée.  Randy passionately worked with me on the price, the size and ensuring I got the EXACTLY the ring I wanted with several follow up calls, e-mails, etc making sure it was all just right.  My fiancée has been going on and on about how much she loves her engagement ring.  She looks at it in disbelief, always tells me how she can't believe how shiny it is and how she has the perfect ring :)
