I've been a patient here for about 4 years now and the service was usually pretty good. I came in February 24th around 4:10 pm (online the hours said they were still open) to take a pregnancy test, which you never need an appointment for. The first nurse to help me was very kind and helpful and gave me all I needed for the test. Once I came back out to the waiting room I heard the phlebotomist and another nurse talking horrors about me calling me a b*tch and "ghetto" for walking in when they were closed and making them stay longer (if they were closed, LOCK THE DOOR!!!) They were also laughing saying they were going to tamper with my pregnancy test and falsify the results... Not even two minutes after leaving the urine sample one of the rude nurses came out with a horrible attitude telling me my test came out negative. I told her I heard EVERYTHING that she was saying and stormed out. Tampering with a pregnancy test is NOT OKAY!!!! Not even joking about it. My last pregnancy was high risk, so the sooner I know the better. I had to leave the office still questioning if I was pregnant or not, so it was just a waste of both of our time. I called them today and spoke to their Manager April, she said she was going to look at the schedule to see who was working that night so she could take appropriate action. I will never come back here again.

I have had two children using this practice, with two completely different experiences. The first, 4 years ago, was wonderful. I saw the doctors Kingra and Laird, both of whom were great. My more recent experience, 18 months ago, was far less positive. They changed a lot of the office organizational practices and it became a much less warm and private environment. Also, they had many staffing issues and I was never able to see the doctors so they shuffled me over to the midwife side of the practice. I was higher than average risk, so I had to make frequent visits. Toward the end of my pregnancy the practitioner told me I needed to be induced and shared a story of a stillbirth delivery he had just performed on a mother with my same conditions who waited too long to deliver. I was obviously very worried and scheduled the induction as advised. For the induction, the practitioner (a different midwife who was on call) wouldn't actually listen to my concerns and was very hesitant to begin active induction. As my contractions increased in discomfort, she wouldn't allow me to receive an epidural (in case she decided to send me home for not progressing). She instead prescribed a medication that caused hallucinations, hot flashes, and a lengthy dysphoria (which caused me to be afraid to hold my newborn for fear of dropping him). When she returned to the hospital to check on me, I was finally allowed the epidural and I delivered within 30 minutes. I really feel that she was abiding by her midwife philosophy over the actual needs and desires of the patient. This was my 4th delivery and by far the worst experience with my delivering practitioner. I wish she would have taken the time to listen to me as I explained how my body works and taken that under advisement instead of sticking to her own preferred playbook.

Dr. Weber prescribed me a medication I can not take while pregnant! Went there for a pregnancy check up he checked the heartbeat and everything. I was concerned about having ringworm so he said he will treat me for it I get the prescription and turns out right there on the label don't take if pregnant or breastfeeding. This place is a freaking joke!!!!!!!!!! A warning would have been nice and I could have made the choice from there terrible someone take this guys license away!

I just feel like being a first time mom there not really answering all my questions or concerns and I feel like going there every 6 weeks isn't making it any easier.
