Wow where to start and keep this someone short. The Salvation Army used to use this camp 45 years or so ago and I am part of the Salvation Army so it was cool to be here. On top of that to see where "Earnest" was, the cabin, the lake, the dining hall, it was all very cool. In spite of all that I was there for something way cooler. I watched my nephew and his beautiful bride get married here on this visit. It was amazing. This place is great!

If you wanted to make a car commercial with beautiful winding roads through the woods, this would be the place. This park is tucked in a beautiful forest far from the city. They offer cabins in the woods and there is a hotel with a restaurant. Perfect for a family reunion or just to get away for some hiking and fishing. There is a golf course there too. I'm not sure how big the course is but looked to be well maintained.

Great place to celebrate Thanksgiving day with family --- they do all the cooking, we just relax and enjoy! Delicious food, and for the photographers out there, absolutely a great place for some terrific and creative outdoor shots! Even families of dear were wandering within a few feet of the main road just waiting for us photographers to line up a couple of wonderful shots!!

Clean, modest lodging at pristine, easily accessible Montgomery Bell State Park. Friendly, well-trained and accommodating staff. Excellent 18 hole golf course. Beautiful lake. Lots of family-friendly areas.

No matter what time of the year, it's a beautiful park to visit. Deep inside the park there is a great restaurant on the edge of the water. Several different trails at several different points throughout the property. There is also a golf course, visitor center, several picnic areas, camp grounds, and cabins available to rent. Go with an afternoon to waste wandering around. It's worth finding the small, simplistic, yet goregous church. The stain glass windows and the natural chill of the place add character that photos just cannot capture. It's even available for weddings.
