“The works” which is supposed to come with car wash outside and cleaned inside, plus wheel shine costs nearly $30. The way my car was parked, I was only able to see one side the very moment I was told it was ready. What I didn’t notice until I got home; the wheels on the other side were not clean and suds remained on the side of the hood.

On top of that, before I got into my car, a female employee said to me “You know we work on tips, right?” And walked away from me before I could even reply. First off, who carries cash these days? Secondly, had there been an option to tip on the receipt while paying I would have tipped. Third, that behavior is totally unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable.

Lastly, the inside was disgusting, I was afraid to put my coffee cup down anywhere. Definitely not worth $29 for half ass work and unprofessional customer service.

I’ll never go back.

While pulling into the car wash I noticed numerous potholes in the lot that are almost impossible to dodge while pulling into the vacuum lane. The salesman which I've been told is the owner appears to have the same clothes on from my previous 4 visits along with an absolutely disgusting oder which smells as if he hasn't bathed in months. However after receiving the piece of paper I have to give to the cashier I stood in the lobby watching  my car get washed. It appeared do me that none of the cloth on the inside that is suppose to clean your car worked properly. From talking to an employee on the front end where I received my car he made it very clear to me that the owner (Jeff Randolph) hasn't put any significant money into the business in years which is why it looks the way that it does. However I will say the employees do all of the work in order to get your car clean . Without them the cars would not be as clean as they get. The employee also told me that 9 times out of 10 they don't get breaks and half of the time they don't get food during their 8-10 hour work day. On top of all that the bathroom says that It's  out of order which means not only do us customers not have anywhere to use the restroom while we wait neither do the employees. The place is absolutely a disaster and should be shut down. Let me remind you. The owner smells as if he had shit in his pants.

Listen, the inside may be a bit run down but it isn't easy anymore to find good car washes that aren't fully automated. I moved from Columbus recently and wish there was ANYTHING like a Sax around. They do a great job and the fact that I miss them speaks volumes.

Oh my word, this place has gone to hell in a handbasket. Great location, but clearly neglected. Oh so sad...appears staff is trying to keep it afloat after owner neglect, but the place is a dump!  I tipped only to get out of there quickly.  A $5 car wash would have been just as effective.

Went there today, the wash took over hour to complete. Unfortunately on busy days, once you are in line you are stuck there. Went inside to pay and looked through the windows into the car wash and noticed that the brushes weren’t working except on half of it. The workers are just hand washing cars and then driving them through. They did a sloppy job and my car was still salty. Kind of wondering how the city of Grandview hasn’t shut this place down. The building is full of mold inside and the exterior is in shambles. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
