Tom was very helpful in our mattress buying experience. He's a great guy and passionate about what he does. No pressure sales tactics and genuinely trying to get me the best deal possible. I was expecting a shady sales tact and it was the complete opposite. Tom was very knowledgeable and I walked out very confident in my purchase. I would highly recommend this store if you're in the market for a new mattress.

My partner and I went in on a happenstance to pick Mattress Firm first on our list of places to shop for a new bed. We were in need of a mattress to upgrade from a water bed to, especially with consideration for our connective tissue disorders (in need of good support and avoidance of pressure points, even with a firm mattress, and consideration for mobility). When we told Tom our diagnosis, not only did he know what it was (which is amazing, our disorder is rare in social awareness), but he knew the anatomy behind it and how the different bed options relate to what we needed. It just happened to be during the "bedgivings sale" too, so we had a great time since we wanted a queen AND the adjustable base is appealing for our condition. He didn't try to upsell us, but did do a great job as a salesman to help us get the best mattress for our health AND our buck. He helped us understand the sale and warrsnty procedure, and with that knowledge, we actually were able to upgrade our purchase since we better understood our spending options. The delivery guys were timely, compassionate to the weird layout of our space, and highly professional. A happenstance choice turned into a "one and done, and nobody else in the future" purchase.

Today was my first time buying a new mattress, and we decided to start here. Sam Olson was our sales person and he made the buying experience very easy and seamless. He was patient with our questions, and very knowledgable about the products. He helped narrow down the many options available to an easy selection that met our family's needs and budget, and was also a rock star about keeping our not-so-easy to please 2 year old occupied so we could really focus on the products. Sam was extremely professional, and even though he was working by himself, he made us feel like the only priority. From the initial warm greeting to the moment we left, it didn't feel like we were being "sold". He offered the complete package, from mattress and foundation, to sheets, mattress protection and delivery. We are extremely satisfied and would absolutely recommend this location, and Sam to our friends and family.

Wasted our time driving across town due to the hours listed being dead wrong. Won't be going back at all. We will take our businesses elsewhere.
