If you want your orders lost and poor customer service Lowe's on Turner Rd. is the place to go. Customer service is a joke at best. My cousin had placed an order for deck railing brackets and other decking materials and the contractor that he is using got a call saying that everything was in and that it could not be delivered and that it had to be picked up at the store. When we went there to pick up the materials nobody could rent a clue to what was going on and whether or not things had to be reordered. The service manager was to have called me back and never did. Shame on him!!! I called today and have spoken with the store manager who finally got the issue resolved but as far as we are concerned too little too late. Never again will either of use use Lowe's for the are a joke! If I could give zero stars I would!!!

Shopped at this store for the first time today, my worst experience ever. I spent just shy of $400. Getting any kind of customer service was like pulling these employees teeth. After struggling to find everything on my list I finally made it to check out. And got absolutely no help loading anything into my truck, didn't even get an offer to help and there were two employees right there. I don't know if this place is under staffed or what, but they definitely need to work on their customer service skills. I'm building over 200' of fence total, but I won't be going back here for the rest of my supplies, I'll go down the road to home depot, I always get good customer service from them.

Hello........................Hello................................I need some help over here......Very little customer service. When I do get someone to "help" they usually are rude and very little help. Only one time was the customer service great. Some old guy, Jim I think, in the paint department. Stuff is way over priced.

I had to return a tool box because it was completely damaged in the box. They ended up messing up the entire exchange, charged me TWICE and I wont be refunded for both transactions for several business days.. Got the new tool box home.. still has damage, but i'm not going to even deal with returning that one...

No customer service, waited for some assistance for 25 minutes after asking simple question, found the same person helping someone better dressed then me! Never going here again!
