Couches are great but a little firm. Would have liked to actually be able to sit on a sample of the couch but they did not have one in the store or any neighboring stores.  They will probably soften up with time though. Fabric looks just like samples. The red armchair is lovely. One complaint, the pillows that came with couch are way too big, completely unusable. They take up the whole entire couch and loveseat and are not the right proportion for the furniture. Overall I am very happy though, and the workmanship is top notch and very good quality.

Excellent service from Tony in the purchase of my chair, he let me know about a 1 day sale 2 days away, and was able to save even more. He exemplified what it is to be a fair and honest sales person. I will be back, not just to pick up my furniture, but to look for other furnishings in the near future! Thank you so much, kudo's!

Friendly, helpful designer, sales and delivery staff. They came out to my house with fabric samples so I could visualize the fabrics in my home, measured the rooms and provided layout rendering so I could make sure what I was picking would fit well.  Delivery crew was wonderful, very careful and timely.

We had a great experience at this store. Tony was also top-notch! He was helpful when needed and let us have our own time to explore the store. At no time did we feel pressured!  The store was laid out well and my son even had a fresh baked cookie while we looked around. We are looking forward to shopping there again!

I was invited to attend the holiday special sale. It was just the right time because I have been planning to come and see what was available for me. I was greeted as I entered. I explained what features I was looking for and was shown several chairs and advised that a swivel could be added since that was what I decided that I needed. This chair is my third in a few years to be purchased at the Salem store. I have always been treated very nicely. I was assisted by Jerame Keller.
