THEY waste well over an hour of your time, sign the contracts, take your payment schedule delivery of your item and then call delivery day and tell you someone added you to an account without your knowledge and didnt return stuff so now we wont rent to you. They could have told me my identity was stolen the day i signed the contract but instead waitied days to do so and for them to return your money it takes 10 days Todd the general manager, and Jose the sales manager were absolutely rude about the whole thing throwing my paperwork and card back at me and such. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS AND GO TO RENT A CENTER INSTEAD

One star is EXTREMELY generous for the way we were treated by Todd, the manager at the Lancaster store. He was rude, condescending, and actually cursed at my girlfriend and threw her papers back at her. All of this because she didn't have our landlord's information on hand to give him. I was not personally there at the time, as I was at work. When she told me about this I immediately called to speak with him. He was rude, and immediately tried to justify and lie his way around the situation. As a professional in customer service and sales, I wouldn't dream of treating a customer like this, regardless of the difficulty of the situation. I have several friends and family members who rent from here faithfully, and I will be explaining this situation to them and will help them find other avenues to get what they need. Many of my close contacts have already been notified and will be switching immediately. You have lost my personal business without a doubt - present and future.

Great service, good stuff, can be a bit pricey when leasing, but that's the price paid to make payments on your terms. Good bunch of people, and no issues.
