I needed 2 meds refilled that they needed Dr approval on. The same ones I've been taking for years. I called them a couple days ago to make sure my Dr gave it to them as I'm leaving town early in the morning for the weekend. They told me that they got it and they were both ready. Tonight I went to pick it up and they only had 1. The other one was still waiting on my Dr. I explained that I called the other day so this wouldn't be an issue and was told they were ready. My Dr office is closed and I'll now be without my main medication all weekend. They seemed more annoyed with me than anything even though I did what I was supposed to on my end. So I'll be going back to my old pharmacy 20 miles out of the way to avoid this in the future.

I always appreciate the customer service and the timeliness of getting my prescription. The staff is always friendly and make fun conversation when you stop by. Plus, your prescription is ready very quickly. I would call before work and it would be ready before I even though about lunch.
