I can honestly say we were not happy at all with our room. i asked specifically for a handicap accessible room. due to the fact that my brother in law is bedridden and completely immobile. I put in my order, I called the booking agency as well as called the hotel to check if it was possible so if not so i could make other accommodations for our stay. everyone assured me that it would be and it was not we had a very hard time getting him in with the wheel chair because. it was way to narrow and we were not able to maneuver it around both my sister and i struggled to get him into the bed because he is 243 lbs in which we almost dropped him. he suffered a massive brain injury a while back so any fall would have been very dangerous for him. we were not even able to give him a shower because there was no way to get him in the bathroom much less the shower to bath him. we were very disappointed in our room i have stayed here many times and have never been so disappointed. i paid for queen size beds and got full size the room smelled and blankets look dirty. the bed skirt looked dirty and blankets looked stained. although the room looked cleaned upon entering it was not. customer service rep at front counter seemed like she was trying to pass the buck saying i called a different hotel when i made sure i called the hotel in which i would be staying she looked annoyed and gave me a 20$ deduction which felt like she was doing just to shut me up. and leave. that was not at all what i wanted at all i wanted my room to comfortable for us. but mainly for my brother in law i wanted him as comfortable as possible . because we had already been in the car traveling for 8 hours. I have chose to go here because i have been here before and my rooms were always great and spacious but this was not the case we are very dissatisfied customers.

The first room I was given smelled like smoke, so I asked Ryan at the front desk for another room, which he was very quick to provide without any pushback. The second room was great, but after about 30 minutes, the guests staying in the room next door were yelling and generally being loud, and they were smoking, and their smoke was coming underneath the door between our two rooms, so i again went to Ryan and he apologized immediately and said the guests next door would be removed from the property and he offered to move me to a new room right away. Ryan gave such good customer service that I could hardly believe I was at a Motel 6 and not a Hilton Garden Inn. I was incredibly impressed and hope Motel 6 will be able to recognize him for his efforts -- he made my stay that night not only bearable but enjoyable. Thank you, Ryan!

The room was tidy, I was definitely comfortable for the evening. I had my van broken into and my hiking backpack stolen so I was seeking recommendations for a new one. Donald went above and beyond to make sure my boyfriend and I had everything we needed, and recommended some places we could find a cheap backpack. Juan was also very friendly and suggested a few places. Very pleased with the customer service and my overall stay.

This was a great central location for me with a dog friendly room (which was important as I was traveling with my SAR dog) It's also pretty quiet. The front office was efficient and polite. If you're familiar with Motel 6, you should be happy here - everything was clean and in good repair.

The room was clean and the service was just perfect for a two day stay. The location is great for our purposes. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is the people next door kept slamming the door over and over again during the night.
