Your location is so convenient. We enjoyed our stay very much. From check in to check out. We were greeted with smiles. The fact that our dog could stay with us was a blessing for all. The motel accommodated our request for the first floor so when she had to go, we went right out and took care of business. I highly recommend Motel 6 in Colchester.

One of the more affordable options in the Burlington, VT area. The building seemed pretty new. As with most of Motel 6, the rooms are basic but do the job. This particular one seemed updated, was clean, and everything worked. The front desk person was very friendly. The location is a few miles from the main attractions near the Burlington waterfront and restaurant area which is not a problem if you are driving which most people who end up at a Motel 6 are doing anyway. There is a Burger King next door if you want to grab breakfast or a quick bite. There's also an old time diner across the road which we didn't try. The location is right next to an I-89 exit making it convenient to access from and to the highway. All in all, this location worked out fine for our one night stay over in Burlington.

I did not get her name but one person for the overnight front desk to take care of the needs of guests is unreasonable. That young lady did the best that she could and should be rewarded for giving it all her best effort. It absolutely appeared that daytime duties were not completed as other guests were having the same issues as we were. The gentleman that we met in the AM was fabulous. He was so personable and helpful at the time of our departure. You do have good workers.

1. The front desk woman at 9 pm was fantastic. Professional, friendly, fast. The a.m front desk woman was also friendly and helpful. 2. The motel is very difficult to find, as is the entrance once there. However I liked the quieter location and the restaurant near by. 3. The ice maker on the 2nd floor was making a serious noise, breaking down. 4. It was great to have an economical choice in the area.

As I fill out these surveys, I realize that, out of a 3 week trip, with 14 or 15 stays in Motel 6... there are not many that I do not have comment about. This motel was one of those rare instances when I did not make a comment on my receipt! We stayed 2 nights. It was a ground floor room with easy access for crates ,dogs, had luggage carts, and 2 beds! Staff was great.
