Great location, helpful staff and comfortable rooms. I stay here anytime I travel to Burlington for work, and it never gets old. Just off of Church Street (and just a few blocks from Lake Champlain) with easy access to great restaurants and shops. Only downside is valet only parking. Would highly recommend!

A great hotel in downtown Burlington, walkable to many bars and restaurants. The building is converted from an old armory, and must have been built recently because everything is quite modern. I highly recommend all around. Tip: Don't pay for the crazy valet parking ($18 a day), just park in the meters on the street; they are free after ~6pm until 9am the next day.

The soundproof wasn't so good. My room have a door connected to next room which locked but that is why you can easily hear the other room TV and music. The looby was very nice but I don't like the zigzag to get to the main elevator.

Fairly new hotel which you can tell. Very clean which is most important to me. Most staff very helpful & friendly. From valet (they have their own safe parking garage which is important in Burlington) Attracts all different crowds. Right in the middle of Burlington only 2-3 blocks from Lake Champlain. 1 block from Church St.. Some rooms have views of Lake Champlain. Dont be confused with the Hilton on Battery St.which is also nice however older with some recent renovations. You can tell the difference due to the Garden Inns prices which run a bit higher.

Valet parking only. Older building but nice renovation.No free breakfast. Left room at 9 am gone all day came back at 8pm and the room was not made up.Hard to believe but true. No compensation offered. Like maybe a free breakfast???
