Room is always clean and staff is very accommodating to our needs. The only thing I can say bad is their coffee isn't good. Its very bitter. But everything else is great.

This location has the most comfortable beds and their pillows are amazing. They also have a workout room, a swimming pool for the summer time, and they offer breakfast which is always nice and a great way to start the day.

Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Affordable rooms. Pet friendly, but kept up nicely. Would recommend and stay again .

All the fresh baked cookies in the world can't make this place right! Room not cleaned until we complained after returning at 4:30pm on day two. No carpet vacuuming for the whole 5 day stay. Regulating heat/cooling was like tending a campfire. Staff courteous, but had the attention span of small rodents. I'd rather sleep in my car. The five stars is a dodge to enable the comment to post.

Very disappointed with this hotel and its inability to work with customers. I booked a three night stay one night being reserved for a possible early check in (4-6 hours before check in). I spoke with a person at the hotel before reserving and explained the situation and the person I spoke with said they made a note on my reservation. My drivers license was lost the day I was leaving so I was unable to get my car rental to drive up that weekend. I understood the hotel taking the two nights because of policy but the first night was noted as being a possible early check in and that night cost $224. I was rescheduling my trip a few weeks after to replace my ID so I told them I would make another reservation with them if they could work with me for one night. They were fully booked for my next visit and said there was nothing they could do. I got my bank involved to dispute the one night and the hotel stood firm on charging me the $224 adding insult was the 13 documents attached to dispute my dispute including a note from management. Its frustrating enough to lose the money for the two nights I booked but to follow through with this one night charge after everything is just bad business. I would’ve continued to book with this hotel when visiting family. Other hotels a little further out are better with customer service and will work with you in case of emergency. I ended up staying at the Sheraton a few weeks after and was pleased with them and their offering to not charge me for an early check in.
