Courtyard Burlington Harbor is a masterful blend of artful design and eco-friendly construction. Rotating collections of paintings by acclaimed Vermont artists grace the lobby and dining room. Very nice hotel, free coffee in the lobby in the morning, nice (small) pool and fitness room. Bedroom was clean and spacious, although a comforter in the closet had a weird stain on it. We were fine without that and everything else was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel great location, comfortable room. The only thing needs addressing the mold in the shower, it looks like they are not cleaning them very well. I let the front desk know, she was not to concerned and would let housekeeping know.

I made a reservation over the weekend for a night's stay to bring my daughter up to school. I booked two queen beds as there were 3 of us. We got to the room and it was one king bed. I called down to say what the issue was. She actually argued with me that I did not order two beds (despite the fact that I had). She was abrupt, said there was no cots. She said do you want us to make up the couch. I said yes and proceeded to talk when I heard a click on the phone...she had hung up. When we got back to the room, the couch was pulled out and no sheets on the bed. To me, felt very passive aggressive and a really bad experience. I complain about nothing but this lady was really not cool. My daughter had a lousy night sleep with the springs sticking in her back. The next day was definitely not great because of it. For some of us, this is a luxury to stay in a hotel; it would have been nice if the front desk staff recognized that and treated us with some respect and helped to make their mistake something that we did not have to pay for. Next time, i will be sure to print out all information before coming since I was not believed. Folks, I suggest you do the same. Confirm before you hang up.

Best Courtyard in the Marriott system, both location wise as well as property wise. Great lobby and restaurant, live jazz (really!) and great staff. About an hour from Sugarbush and Jay Peak, and steps away from Church St.

This is probably one of the best hotels in the Burlington area. The rooms are spacious and clean. The room I was in had a Jacuzzi tub and it was a free upgrade! The staff was very friendly. While this isn't a 5 star hotel, it is my choice hotel in Burlington area.
