This place was a nightmare. Arrived around 6pm only to find out that my room was not ready. One guest had been waiting for over two hours when I got there. The front desk staff was horrible. They were fighting with each other and this one girl Sabrina was really a pain. She got smart with guest. When one of the guest started talking to me, this chick jumps in with a really nasty attitude. I left, went to my car and called the corporate office. I still have my file complaint number. They put me in a room that smelled. As a disable veteran I was so disrespected it's not even funny.

It is a really nice little spot for an over night stay. I really wish they had a fridge and a microwave (the rooms are large and have tons of shelving to accommodate such). It was clean, check in was fast an easy. They are dog friendly (bonus for my husband and I) We often spend weekends in the area because he works long hours. We would stay more often if that upgrade happened.

Staff mostly friendly and helpful. Man in utility room, two doors away from my room, made me nervous when he watched me drive off at 11 pm, but no harm came of it. I do wish the coffee would stay out until 11 am. Otherwise everything fine.

Honestly it was a lovely stay, I have a puppy now and it's quite expensive to board them or have them at a hotel putting a deposit down etc. this was our best solution for everyone. It was pretty clean I didn't see any stray hair from other guests, the staff was friendly and helpful the only odd thing was they didn't provide shampoo and conditioner just soap but you get what you pay for! And for the price of the stay I am very satisfied!

The rooms are very clean and renovated. Defiantly a nice place to stay. The service is exceptional. This place has given the best customer service I have ever received from any hotel. Stephanie is always at the desk and is the most pleasant customer service representative I have encountered so far. The price is defiantly affordable and I like the fact that they offer smoking rooms as well.
