Location was good. Lots of places to eat. The Motel was clean and neat. Probably priced just a little too high for what it is. Craig, who registered us the first day, was very helpful and pleasant. The second day we got key got changed in our room and no linens were left after the room was cleaned. I went down to the desk to get a new key and towels. No wash clothes were available but the clerk on duty said she would bring them up. She didn't. It would not have taken much to get more Stars; just doing what the staff was supposed to would have helped.

A wonderful stay. The office staff, (the young lady and the young man in training), were Awesome!! They gave me a nice downstairs room, #108, which helped me avoid climbing the stairs! (Bad knees!) Thanks to all.

I can only say good things about my stay at Motel 6 in Rowland Heights. Staffers were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The rooms are not fancy, but they are spotlessly clean and well insulated. I heard NONE of the sounds from the 60 freeway which is less than a block away.

Location and area are fine 👌🏽 , however when walking into a non smoking room I could smell the musk of cigarettes smoke. To conclude that the top blanket had cigarette burns. After opening window and door and putting ac on I was getting ready to jump in shower and noticed there were not towels or wash cloth . After I went out to have dinner I came back to the same smell of smoke so I waited out side when a fellow guest came up to me and ask if I partied , he said usually this place is jumping as in a lot going on , "his words" . I went back inside my room where about two hours had past and I did notice as I looked out people going room to room!! So when I check out in the early morning the tall Indian looking man was very unprofessional it seem as if he had his friends at work with him . No eye contact, no good morning, no have a nice day nothing as if I were not there. So overall I will not be recommending or going back. If needed use your security cameras to prove what I am saying!!! I actually want my money back

I've stayed here before and I didn't have any bad experience until now. We booked our room the night before. They said it will be ready by 3pm, it is now 6:01pm and we are still waiting outside our door. The only thing they can accommodate is letting us check out late but only up to 1pm. Seems like to male maids were all having fun and joking around with each other. Not professional at all.
