Currently my favorite Hot Springs, though I always get frustrated that they kick everyone out of the natural pools at closing time. I don't know if the natural pools are considered to be off the property or not, but their insurance company must not check up on them very often, since there are no railings along the natural pools. They should either protect the public and put in proper stairs and railings to the hot pools, or let people stay in the hot pools after closing. And a 10:00 closing is very early for us night owls. Also, the pools and restaurant aren't open very early, which is annoying.... On the upside, the experience has been much improved since the installation of new pools and the new spa areas.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Mt Princeton. Unlike many hot springs it actually felt like a natural hot spring not just a man made pool with a fancy label. Along the creek there are little pools from rocks and boulders that are warm to hot and the creek feeding it is ice cold. The springs along the creek are shallow and just have gravel on the bottom which to me adds to the authenticity of the "natural" title. Then of course there are more regulated traditional style pools that range from warm to hot as well. The rooms in the hotel section are clean up to date and comfortable. The restaurant although overpriced is good.

So much fun when it's freezing outside. The only major hot springs I know of that still have the warm tidal pools in the actual fast moving river around! You can pile up some rocks for your own little dam and enjoy the thermal hot sand and water while a literal frozen top river flows right beside you. Careful while in the pool house of the door to enter on the left, it seriously drops you straight into the water, no porch, deck, anything. Just a straight shot into the pool for those that wish to not get cold at all. The first pool is wildly hot so be careful. The further pool is more suitable for kids and those that would rather warm up gradually. Amazing place, rather expensive so keep your eye out for Groupon and other only be coupon things. Saves a bunch of money! Will return for sure

This was so much more than I expected, for a very affordable price. The service was excellent and the lodge was very comfortable. Our hostess made a delicious and filling breakfast every morning - homemade type stuff. Our lodge had a fully furnished kitchen and spacious living room and fireplace to boot! Was about a 20 minute drive to the hot springs but well worth the savings. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay here. Staying was economical when considering you get free entrance to the spa on both the day you check in and the day you check out. Good meal at the restaurant. And, nice fresh juices to stay hydrated.
