I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. From the first time I talked to them until the last it felt as though I was talking to friends. My entire family became sick, one had a wreck and one was unable to go on our long-planned ski trip! This all happened a couple days before we were to arrive. I talked to Ashley and Diane and they could not have been any nicer, they bent over backwards to try to help. I literally was in tears! We have never had anyone so kind as to help us move our trip to another week to accommodate us! I can't imagine using another company for our needs; we will always call them for our future vacations! CRMR couldn't have been easier and more enjoyable to work with. They helped my group find the perfect seasonal rental at a great price. They helped us out with any issues we had during the 6-month rental period and were very flexible. Highly recommended!!

Rocky Mountain Resorts, and especially Diane, have been very good to me for two years now. She has helped find me multiple long-term rental properties in Summit County (Breckenridge and Frisco), and has made everything easy over the transitions. Somebody always seems available at RMR to help. I would refer any of my friends to Diane and Rocky Mountain resorts.

This is our second year in a row staying at a resort managed by Colorado Rocky Mountain resorts. It is always good to see a familiar face on check in. Ashley goes above and beyond her job of making sure all is comfortable and good with the rental. We were early and she did the paperwork to check in, then called us when our unit was ready. The condo was lovely, clean and had a nice private patio. We will definitely stay here again, as long as the pocket book allows.
