Great skate park area nice walking paths outside playground next to baseball court so if you have a smaller child when another has sport don't have to go to far

Pro's: in the summer you have a good amount of shade until midday. The fence is around 2 thirds of the playground. There is plenty of seating, including 3 picnic tables.
Cons: A slide cracked a year ago and has yet to be replaced. Who ever replaced the sand last year, just dumped the new sand on top of the old, so the sand migrated well past the sand pit and was a bit gross, not that my kids mind, just a mommy observation. Could do with sprucing up a little bit

I love this park! This is where i grew up and now i have the joy of watching my kids enjoy the same!  Love how the park has grown over the years!  Make sure to grab a frito pie if the concession stand is open!

It is a great community park. There are three different play grounds, three separate bathrooms, a partially shaded paved walking track, a skate park, a small pond where you can see ducks seasonally. There are also youth sports teams such as baseball and football. And the best concession stand in the county when sports are going on. However like most county parks I have been to there can occasionally be bathroom cleanliness issues. They also have an uncovered sandbox which I find kind of gross. I wish there was a little more shade on the play equipment.

Another great Gwinnett County park serving th Parkview area.  Of all county parks, th8s appears to be one of the oldest.  Getting around is confusing.  First entrance takes you to baseball fields and second entrance takes you baseball fields...just opposite sides.

If going for Football, the football field is on an old baseball field.  Not good views.

For people playing football, the end zone nearly touches the fence.
