Was referred by a friend in the area. Had a hard time finding it since I didn't have my navigation.  However, it was worth it in the end.  I had recently loss my Father and needed a place to store his things until we decided what to do with them. Ms. Johnson was very nice and professional  She was comforting and sympathetic and catered to all of our needs.  I will come again and tell a friend because we were certainly satisfied!  Jamari

The property manager at this storage facility is an array of sunshine! Arvilia consistently keeps a smile on her face and a joyful spirit!  She brightens your day as soon as you walk in the office.  She's very compassionate, considerate, and always willing to help when needed. Not only does she keep the facility clean, but all of the moving supplies and storage needs are always readily available at your convenience.  There are many storage facilities within a five mile radius to rent, but I have chosen to keep my storage unit at this facility for about three years because of Arvilia. She will melt your heart the first time you meet her!

My experience has been quite satisfactory.  Management is friendly and professional.  The onsite manager is very knowledgeable and highly trained.  Other pluses include clean premises, affordable prices, and easy access to my storage space.

I just love the staff, Mrs. Arvilla Johnson. She is so amenable, and quickly responded to our needs. She gave me just the right amount of storage space and I am assured that my things are safe here!
