I tried to cross the back parking lot behind Enterprise and my car got stuck in the grass. I came back the next morning to try and get out once the grass dried up but still was not able to get out. ALVARO, who works at Enterprise saw me and tried to help as well. HE HAD NO REAL REASON TO TRY AND HELP OTHER THEN TO BE A GOOD PERSON.. I was still not able to get out but it was great for a strange to try and help even when it didn't have to deal with renting a car from them. I will definitely rent a car from them next time I need one. Thank you.

The staff here is friendly but they're always so slow. I frequently get rental cars and this location is the worst. It took me almost an hour to get a car this time. There was only 2 people ahead of me and 3 employees. Dropping off the car, there were 4 employees and it took them 45 minutes to take the keys from me. I keep trying to give this location another chance but it's the same thing every time. I will go to the location by town east. They are always super quick.

The team has been professional to me each and every time I've rented a vehicle from this location, however I've seen other customers treated disrespectfully.  Some of the bad issues I've had is that the cars are not always serviced with wiper fluid and I've been stuck with some that smell like smoke/weed which is not acceptable as I drive customers to lunch/dinner.  They are not usually on time to pick me up however the drivers are very professional and apologetic.  Give them a chance and they will work hard to make things right for you.  I am starting to see some improvement and hope that the customer service issues are behind them.  This location really needs additional personnel and space due to the amount of traffic/customers in and out of there.

This experience was awesome! The gentleman that assisted me was ver professional and very kind. The whole staff was very nice. You can tell they had great leadership in place, so professional, kind, and considered. They knew their previous customers which where so impressive.  I thank you Enterprise for the great experience!
