I have been renting from the American Fork Enterprise Rental for several years.  I have been impressed with their service and friendliness each time I am there.  A memorable experience I had while renting was with a car that I was traveling during the week for an extended time frame.  I didn't need the car on the weekends and was returning it at the end of each week.  I liked the car so much I was not relishing the idea of changing it for another one.  While in the process of renting the vehicle, I was informed that I did not need to return the vehicle until I was with my travels.  This saved me a lot of time and anguish so I didn't have to get used to another vehicle for the next week.  This has been a memorable experience and has helped me in making my decisions of whom I was going to rent a car from.

They were very friendly, fast and respectful. Because they didn't have any economy cars they upgraded me for free. They offered me insurance, but were very respectful and non-pushy when I declined and told them I would use my own and my credit card insurance. Quick and Quality!

Car was great. In good shape and I really liked driving it. But I needed it because I'd been hit by another car and mine was in the shop. I was a little (actually a lot) disappointed that my whole rental expense wasn't covered and I ended up spending almost $400 while my car was getting fixed. But I suppose this isn't enterprise's fault, it was more the insurance of the person who hit me. Really liked their service and the fact that they gave me rides to and from the body shop.

I used Enterprise while my truck was in the shop getting repaired. They picked me up and dropped me off when needed. Trevor at the Enterprise store got me in and out within about 5 to 10 minutes on both pick-up and drop-off. He was great to work with as well as the whole team

I had a reservation with a competing company, that fell through, and I felt like Jerry Seinfeld explaining that they know how to take a reservation, but keeping it is the important part. Anyway, I called enterprise, and within the hour they had what I needed. They came through for me.

When we entered their office, they greeted me in a friendly way, and asked for they could help me. I told them who I was and the vehicle type I was expecting. They knew who I was and knew exactly where my car was and how soon it wild be there for me. It was right on time and I was a few minutes early. 

These guys take care of their customers.
