Rented a car and turned it in on time. Then, a month later we received a notice for charges due to damage on the vehicle. Long story short, I've called and spoken to or left messages with 3 different people. It's been 2 weeks since I started digging into this because I don't know what's going on. No one has called me back or been able to explain what is going on. After I didn't hear back after a week I went to the location in person and they couldn't help me either. It has been a disappointing and frustrating experience and is still unresolved.

I read the reviews and were not too good... but let me tell you, for me it was AWESOME!!! Andre is very pleasant and easy to work with... I am definitely coming back....

Do not rent from budget!!! Customer service is very rude. This location was supposed to stay open till 3 it was not open it said it reopened at 8 a.m. when we got there at 10 a.m. to sign says will open at 11 a.m. . All Budgets paperwork says Pacific time we get here and we find out the time is different. Spent hundreds of dollars on Uber and Lyft over the weekend, and budget said it was our fault. Very poorly run.

The car was ready for us to take when we arrived. It worked great. When we came back from our trip he asked if everything went ok and I only mentioned we had to buy window washing fluid and he gave a $5 discount without me even asking. This service desk guy I think is the manager. He was really nice and efficient. 

I took off one star because the interior of the car needed more cleaning but we had time to do it at our house and we are a little picky like that.

We were soooo happy with our experience! If you need to rent a car, ask for Andre! My husband and I couldn't decide on a vehicle for our road trip but Andre was very patient and professional and really took the time with us. It's rare to find someone at a car rental place with such good customer service skills. Andre made all the difference for us!  I would highly recommend working with Andre for your next car rental!  He was amazing!
