Dr. Moy is very down to earth, and very fair. He takes care of all your needs in a very timely fashion. There is no waiting. If your appointment is at 10:00am, you will be seen at that time. I love going to see him, and I love the cute post cards you get in the mail. All of the office staff is very nice. I enjoy seeing those ladies as well.

I've been going to this doctor for a very long time just to get refills on my meds.  A few of the front desk staff are polite, but at times when I call the staff is EXTREMELY rude to me right away and will not let me speak to anyone else after I ask.  I have no idea what the issue is, and it is always really upsetting to be treated the way they speak to me on the phone when all I am doing is asking a question.  
One office visit I had, the patient before me had been bleeding and got blood all over the counter top.  The put me in the room before the blood was cleaned up and cleaned it up while I was in there.  I thought that was extremely unprofessional and just gross.  
I have my last appointment there today.  Especially when dealing with mental health, if you want a caring staff with a nice, calming atmosphere- this is NOT the place to go.
