Purchased a living room and dining room set with 6 chairs in March of 2016. I spent over an hour at the store the day I purchased the furniture. My furniture was supposed to be dropped off and set up at 8 a.m. I missed a day of work waiting for them to show up. The delivery guys didn’t show up until almost 9 p.m. I had to continue to call threw out the day find out where my furniture was and the status of the delivery guy. They threw in a free rug for the inconvenience of the delivery guy. Three months after the purchase the screws began to come out of 2 chairs. Called the store the lady that is no longer there told me to put wood glue on them. Few months later more screws began to come out along with 2 cushions came off of other chairs. I called and spoke with a new lady (Angela) that works there, at first she stated that it was nothing they could do to fix it until I explain to her that I haven’t had the furniture 6 months and I know I have a warranty that is good for a year. I took pictures sent them to her and corporate office. They continued to give me the run around, the store manager ignored my phone calls, never returned any of my phone calls. I did everything they ask for on my part to fix the situation by taking pictures calling and speaking to corporate myself. Its amazing how the corporate lady was on vacation every time I called her direct line. Now it’s a year and now they are not going to anything about any of the chairs. I have a bag full of screws to chairs I cannot use. I spoke with Angela and told her if they would have taken care of the issue back when I first called 3 months after I purchased it the problem wouldn’t have gotten worse. I wasn’t looking for money or a new set. I wasn’t looking for another set of chairs. Even if the chairs weren’t the same exact ones from the original set I have. Something close or just find a way to rectify the situation instead of ignoring it. It doesn’t pay to go to stores like this to save a few hundred dollars when in the long run you will be spending more to fix the situation or buy new furniture. The people from the sells people to the delivery guys are horrible. Worst service ever. I would advise to stay away from stores like this

Great quality furniture for a reasonable price! My whole house (master bedroom, kids rooms, dinning room, living room, and basement family room) is literally furnished with furniture purchased from Mr. Bargains. My master bedroom furniture was purchased almost 10 years ago and it's still in good condition. I purchased a reclining love seat and sofa earlier this year to upgrade my old living room set that was also purchased from Mr Bargains. I am absolutely in love with it. It is so comfortable! With four children, including a toddler bouncing around the house, the furniture has also proven to be very durable. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service after purchase made, bad attitude delivery guys, & terrible quality furniture. Purchase top of line beauty rest mattress & paid extra for heavy duty bed railing. Railing/frame folded in the middle & legs broken. If this was true material, this could not have happened. Can I say ALUMINUM? We all know you can put a TRUCK on IRON! My teflon kitchen utensils will outlast their bed frames. On to the mattress....how can a top of the line Beauty Rest BUCKLE in one year & 1/2? My mattress almost fold into a half sandwich on one side. For all who don't understand...it CAVED in like an Old Mattress. Visualize waking up & your REAR is stuck in a sink hole. I had to request for assistance out of the bed. After investigation....results were REFURBISHED. BE ADVISED.....Before buying a mattresses, ask them the name of the mattress, GOOGLE before purchase. You will be in for a surprise!!!!. I bet you can't find nothing! The amount u spend there, u can purchase the real deal from a true mattress store. My BEAUTY REST became an UGLY MESS.
