Plenty of stuff to see in the showroom. Employees are helpful and not pushy. Not all items on the floor are in stocks so keep that in mind. They will assemble flat pack items at no extra charge. Furniture quality is ok but not great, but that should be expected from the inexpensive prices. I have purchased furniture here on four different occasions and have never been disappointed.

I ordered a mattress on 12/12/17.  I called on multiple occasions checking on the status.  Each time I was either told it would be in next week or they did not answer the phone and never returned a message.  I called Thursday, 1/31/18 at 5 pm and was told "next week."  Two days later I receive a post card in the mail saying the mattress was in and I had 10 days to pick it up or it would be returned.  The post mark was 1/31/18.  When we went in to pick it up, they couldn't find the mattress and the people at the front counter were LESS than helpful.  Thankfully, someone in the loading area was able to locate the mattress (that has been in for weeks.)  Never again will I shop at Star Furniture.

Went there ready to buy.  We told 4 different sales people we had cash and were ready to make a purchase.  None of them were knowledgeable or seemed to care.  We had to keep tracking them down.  They would attempt to answer our questions then they just kept walking away and blowing us off.  They didn't have the sofa we wanted that was advertised on their website. They said they could order it but it would take four weeks.  We found another sofa that they did have in stock.  Of course it was much more expensive than the one on the website that we originally wanted.  We told them that we brought our truck and were ready to buy it.  They told us we would have to come back in an hour to pick it up.  We left, went to Big Lots, bought a beautiful Simmons sofa for way less than what we were willing to pay Star Furniture.  The Big Lots staff was top notch, we paid, they immediately loaded the sofa onto our truck, and we left happy as could be.  Star Furiture apparently didn't need our money.  I will never step foot in that store again.

Poor customer service! We were greeted by Hayley when we arrived and told if we needed anything to let her know. We tracked her down when we did need help. She had an attitude, and after finding the answer to our question sent someone to give the answer to us. Felt a little unprofessional to not at least introduce us to someone who wanted to help us.

They really didn't have anything I was looking for and even the sectional sofa I found online that said the store had in stock, wasn't in stock. Some of the prices were a bit high, but they did have a big selection. Worth a visit if you need a sofa.
