Spent a full day trying to remove the screws from my front rotors but was unsuccessful. With only a hour before they closed I call McNeal Automotive to see about setting up a appointment for help replacing my front brakes. Mike answered the phone and had me come in that same day before they closed. The staff did a amazing job and had my front brakes replaced within a hour. There master mechanic even took the time to help educate me on the best way of removing them and gave me other tips and tricks when replacing brakes. One of the most helpful, professional, and clean auto shops I've been to. Will definitely be using them for future work.

Recommended by a friend, this has to be among the best experiences I've had when having auto repairs done. Personable and knowledgeable! Mr. McNeal explained to me thoroughly, what the problem was, fixed the problem and took me on a test drive in my vehicle after fixing the problem! He assured me, he didn't want me leaving his establishment without me being totally satisfied with the work they'd done. He even took me on a personal tour of his facility. I will be recommending him and his business, to every and anyone I know, looking to have quality auto repairs done at a very reasonable price. "Thank you", Mr. McNeal!
