I just had an exceptional customer service experience at Mr. Tire #752 in Timonium, Maryland.  Took my Mazda3 in for a tire rotation/balance, wheel alignment, oil change/filter, battery replacement, and a minor tuneup.  I felt like I was driving a new car on my way home tonight.  A special shout out to Jim at the front desk, one of the most knowledgeable and pleasant people that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I recommend  Mr. Tire #752 to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding customer service at competitive prices.  Ask for Jim... you won't be disappointed.

I visited this store was told the online website prices do not include up to $80 additional price per tire for shipping if the store does not have a tire in stock. And also their price match guarantee does not apply if they need to order tires not in stock. This store used to be reasonable but I haven't bought tires here in 4 years.
I'm not sure why the owner would be interested in reaching out to me. The Pirelli P7 A/S Plus in 245/50/18 on the website is $1060 total at Tirerack, but I bought them at Sams for $821 total including free road hazard. The person at the Tirerack counter said they don't price match since they needed to be ordered plus up $80 shipping for each tire. End of story.

I dropped my car off at 1 for a scheduled appointment for a simple tire rotation and an oil change. When I left I called at 2 to check on my car and the guy at the front desk told me it was on a lift and they were working on it. I returned back to wait for my car  at around 3 and it was parked in the exact same place with no work done on it whatsoever. The guy at the front desk told me they haven't had time to work on my car yet. I have no idea why he would lie about it being on the lift and getting worked on when I called at 2 to check on my car. Terrible customer service and communication. Don't be fooled by this one  star that I had to choose to be able to enter this bad review. Still looking for a way to give no stars.....google can you fix this problem? Lol
