Called Jody, explained the situation with the air vent system and he fit me into the schedule at my convenience. I dropped the car off early, Jody kept me informed and thoroughly explained things when I picked up the car. He even called a few days later to make sure things were still ok. Great level of customer service. Love Jody and the entire service team.

My purchase experience at AutoNation Chevrolet Timonium was very pleasurable. It didn't take long from the time I test drove my Honda Civic coupe until I was approved for financing to take my car home. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase an automobile to visit AutoNation Chevrolet Timonium.

This review is for the body shop at Auto Nation. A couple of years ago, I had two nickel size dents on each door of my camaro, likely from some brainless careless person swinging their car door open. On a recommendation from someone,first I took it to another body shop at another dealership and they came with this expensive nonsense about removing the doors in order to get a nickel size dents out and I would be without a car for a few days for them to do it. Needless to say, I did not go that route and they act like they did not want my buisness anyway. So I went to auto nation Chevy body shop. I was familiar with them cause that's where I purchased my car from. Left beyond satisfied with the work they did!!! They were able to remove both dents without removing doors and the price was very reasonable and I was only without my car one day. If I ever have a issue like that again hopefully not because I now park far away from other cars, I know where to go and feel confident that I am not being ripped off and have the work done right.

If a consumer's idea of a repair response is 'yes, it is normal for your 2015 truck, purchased new from our dealership, to NOT stop when depressing the brake pedal,' then Autonation Chevy Timonium is the greatest place ever. And I'm not sure why this survey is requiring an answer to Question #1. I would very much like to give ZERO stars.
