Went in for a wheel alignment and was told I needed inner and outer tie rods so I decided to get it done since I had my car there already paid for that and the wheel alignment a few days after the job was done I noticed the rear wheels were out of alignment again so I took it back and the guy tells me that the rear needs springs,struts and bushings so I asked why didn't. You tell me this before hand he says he couldn't have known. Mr Tire robbed me for my money never again will I go there again lost a valued customer

went for an oil change - got a $1100 bill (including $200 for a new battery)!! Took my car to a dealership for second opinion and came out with much lower bill and much less work that needed to be done. Mr. Tire is definitely overpriced and contrary to what their staff said, I will not be back.

$270 just to replace a short portion of muffler tubing. 30 min between okaying the repair and getting a call telling me it was fixed and I was charged $114/ hr for 2 hours of labor. I thought I was getting a new muffler at this price.

Needed to get winter tires put on my car and these guys were very helpful. Good work, gave me different price options but didn't push it with the expensive ones. Very friendly staff. Only complaint is that it took an hour longer than they said it would!

It is so hard to find a shop you can trust. I have found just that at this Mr. Tire location. Thanks to Ryan and his team for always making quality repairs at a fair price. Their professionalism and customer-focused care is refreshing. I have recommended them to several co-workers, family & friends. Keep up the great work, guys!
