The Museum of the White Mountains at Plymouth State University is a trans-disciplinary resource for the campus and broader public for education, research and exhibitions related to the history, culture and ecology of the White Mountain region. The museum offers high quality dynamic exhibitions, presentations and programs and is developing a robust Internet presence with objects and images from the collections and exhibitions. The museum is staffed by professionals as well as students, interns and fellows and is a site for active engagement of the faculty to make best use of the intellectual capital of the university.
