My kids love this place! Jumping pillow and a great lake with a sandbar and water slides provides endless amounts of fun. They wanted to hurry back from Lake Michigan to have time to swim at camp before dark! We've been going here for the past 3 summers and have had no problems whatsoever. Truly a family-friendly/oriented campground.

Had a site on the lake. It was beautiful! The kids loved being on the lake and all of the free amenities the park offered...zip line, air pillow, inflatables in the lake and hay ride. The option to rent bikes and kayaks/canoes/paddle boards was great. Bring a fishing pool, great fishing spot! I gave a 4 as opposed to a 5 because the bathrooms need more attention (i.e. Clean twice a day perhaps). We also had an issue with extremely loud neighbors. It would be great if the park took a harder stance on this. My family had a very difficult time sleeping.

Great campground! Family friendly! There was a lot of fun activities for the kids to do there. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be coming back!! The owner is very involved and goes around to greet all the guests!!

The Campground itself is perfectly fine , with the exception of the disgusting bathrooms. The problem with this experience is with the owner. I have no problem following rules and encourage enforcement of these rules. I do have a problem in which the way the rules were enforced. Steve, the owner, went aggressively after my wife due to the fact my daughter was jumping from the slide. He yelled at my wife and stomped around in a non-professonal manner. The owner does not appear to have control over himself in a humane fashion. I confronted Steve questioning his approach to the slide incident, he had no excuse for his behavior and also seemed proud of it. I'll feel better if I've discouraged at least one person from staying at KOA Muskegon.

I am not the type to write a review but I feel obligated to warn future campers. First off, like in other reviews what you read about the owner is true, rude and condescending. Also the bathrooms were "cleaned" daily but were moldy and had almost no ventilation system. If the showers were busy in the morning and you went to use the bathrooms you could barley breath from the the humidity and heat. The water is a dirty brownish color and if someone flushed the toilet while you were in the shower the water would get scolding hot or freezing cold.
