Unfortunately I have to give them at least 1 Star. Great furniture, but the worst customer service of any business I have every experienced. Once they get your money, it's game over. They just don't care about you. Pretty pathetic for a high end furniture store in a high end community.

I have purchased a lot of furniture from Naples Leather. Not only is the quality superb but the staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional . I would highly recommend Naples Leather.

Purchased a set of very expensive home-theater seats. They were not very comfortable when they arrived. There is a bar running across the lower lumbar area. Bad design. Called to complain and they sent a factory representative many weeks later to the home and try to add material to the back. Did not work. Just added an extra bump and crossbar still hit you. Asked if could be returned or credit for something else in store.? No answer, blow off, deflect problem to manufacture. They send another repair guy month later. No result. Bottom line after 5 months of B.S. and nothing to sit in more than 15 minutes they won't take back or give a store credit. Bad business, stay away!
