Una was the salesperson who assisted us with our new living room set.   She was amazing!!!  This is my 3rd home and I had the best experience I have ever had when purchasing furniture.  She was a true professional.   I could tell she truly wanted to help us and enjoyed her job.  My wife and I were very comfortable and happy the whole time.  I will always ask for her when I visit this store. The store is well organized and presents itself well.  Prices are very reasonable.

It was complete chaos! No organization to the salespeople at all. You had to wait forever for someone to approach you.... they don't even tell you that they're going to help you until you're ready to run out of the store! PS even if you have money you better dress the part or you won't get any help :-( I wouldn't have given it a star at all but it made me do that before it would let me post my comments.

My sales woman, Mary, was especially helpful in making sure I saw everything that I was looking for, before making my decision. She was very patient & understanding of what I needed for my home after Hurricane Irma hit Naples. I will always recommend RTG, & Mary. It was a very satisfying experience. And the delivery & set up team hit it out of the park too!

Una is a wonderful sales rep. Kind, courteous, warm and helpful to my 80 year old Mom. She had great style ideas and got us the best price possible. We bought bedroom, living room and dining room. Go see Una!

We bought a sectional about 3 1/2 years ago paying over 3000.00. It started peeling within the 1st year, but because I didn't buy the extended warranty they said they wouldn't do anything for me. I can't afford to go out and spend another 3000.00 so we've been living with it and it's awful; chucks of leather are all over my house all of the time.
