This place could care less about your order once they have your money. Ordered chair, suppose to be 6 weeks, going into 8 weeks now and they could care less. Lazy boy has great products, but these people should not be selling them. Update: Got chair after 10 weeks, they only delivered to Marco once a week so we had to pick it up at their showroom. That was considered delivered so no refund of the delivery fee. I love Lazy Boy, but will never buy from this dump again. You make your own choice.

Recently bought a 6-piece sectional from Laz-y-Boy in Naples. There were some wrinkles and pickers that the delivery man said could be smoothed out by someone from service. When the serviceman came out he basically said it is what it is. We called the store manager who basically told us to pound sand. Had we known this, we would have refused delivery. This is not our first purchase from La-z-boy, but it will be our last.
