My experience at Schumacher Buick GMC was awesome!  I had the privilege of working with Ray Martinez there and he couldn't have been better.  He listened to everything I had to say, worked with my budget and needs, and most of all treated me like a professional.  Ray took care of my truck as if it was his own even helping getting it an amazing spray in bed liner as well as getting body work done on a small mark on the front bumper I got on it after the first week.  They really do take care of you at Schumacher as if you were family and I couldn't have been happier  working with Ray Martinez from there.  I know if I need anything from him, he will be there to help. I love my new 2017 GMC Sierra and I am going to have this truck for awhile.  I would highly suggest going there and finding Ray to help get your next vehicle!  He knows a lot and has a ton of connections to make sure you treated well!

John Ring and Jeff Cantor were extremely helpful, I was looking at the Chevy Malibu hatchback. They were very informative regarding the options and worked very hard to find the car with the options and color I wanted,  even getting it a day earlier than promised. I will definitely go to Schumacher when I need a new car and have been telling my friends about the great experience I had. Jean  S.

The service department is one of the best I have ever dealt with. They are so professional, fast and give you the personal service that other places lack. They do everything they can to complete your repairs and make it affordable. Nick Jensen gives amazing customer service and is extremely professional and friendly. I won't take my truck anywhere else to be serviced.

Nick Jensen my service consultant is very professional & has a great memory from previous visits. I always schedule my oil changes with Nick. He gets you in and out in  o time. The entire staff is great. love being a part of the family.

The check engine light came on for the second time this month on my 2016 GMC Canyon Diesel.  The truck has less that 15K miles on it and is still under warranty.  I dropped the truck off at 7:30am and was told I would receive a call with a status update at 1:00pm...never received a call.  I tried to call at 3:30pm and nobody answered.  At 4:00pm I decided to go back and try and pick up my truck only to be told that it is not ready and will not be finished before they close.  Considering that the truck is very new and still under warranty, I asked for a loaner car so that I could get home and to work.  The man at the service desk simply said "we are out of loaners".  I feel that in my scenario, with a new truck fully under warranty and a check engine light that has come on twice in one month, they should have made it a top priority to take care of my transportation needs....even if it means providing me with a demo car off the lot.  Poor customer service.
