Gray Inge was amazing! Very patient and took his time to get me the right deal, kept my wishes in mind and got me in under my budget! Def recommend!

They only offer service if you bought the car there. Will not buy a VW again due to the poor service and charges for any service that should be under warranty.

Gray Inge was very helpful throughout the sales process. He went above and beyond to help setup a service call for a dashboard light as well. Sales & support is key in this business.

Thomas B. Exceeded our expectations!  I will never bring my car anywhere else again and this is thanks to Thomas.  I have always purchased tires online and had them put on by a local shop to save money or at least I thought I was saving money.  I recently purchased 2 new tires for my car, brought them to the local shop to put on and found out that the key to unlock the wheels was missing from my car.  (Thanks to another local shop that did repairs about a year ago and apparently didnt put it back in my car). In trying to get the tires off, the tires got damaged but still not removed.  I had to bring it to Volkswagen and have them removed and put on the new ones.  At that point, I found I was paying $15 a tire more at my local shop than if i was to bring them directly to Volkswagen and have them do it and do it RIGHT!  Anyway, Thomas made my bad situation good with his knowledge and kindness in a really bad situation.  I have thought many times "what happened to customer service in our world today?"  Well, it is still out there and Thomas made me see that.  Thank you!
