I went in to look at a new vehicle this past weekend. The service was outstanding! All of the team went above and beyond for my family and me. Buying a car isn't easy with 2 young kids, and they made the process smooth - and even let me drive the car to my house so my wife didn't have to drag both kids with us to the dealership. Beware of fake internet inventory and non ethical service by manager. I normally don't write bad reviews but this dealer deeply disappointed me. Came in with specific cars stock numbers I collected on the website. I was helped by Daniela, she was really nice and even offered us to wait at the recreational area were we had coffee. The premises looked gorgeous and was really comfortable. We then gave Daniela the information on the cars we wanted to see and was at that point when everything turned in a different direction. 1. The 3 Cars I looked that morning were all gone by the time a arrived to the dealer. 2. Offered me 3 different cars and did not gave me a price until I drove them, she said her manager will give us the special price after we test drive the car. 3. Once we started negotiating the car, the " Manager" Alex refused to see us and denied speaking to us while playing on his phone acting busy. He gave us 1 offer and told Diana it was first and final!!!!! We insisted to speak with him and even waved, after ignoring us a few times we decided to walk out. On our way to the door we walked right next to him and did not even said good bye to us, I guess playing his phone was more important. A good dealer must be represented by people who make customers feel welcomed even if the deal does not go through. Do not ignore your customers. Good service might bring customers back again, bad service will for sure lost a future one. **** Keep in mind, buying a car for you represents 15 minutes of your time, for me, it determines the next 5 years of my life or more.

The worst sales and finance people under the leadership of the worst manager! I still got a car only cause they were the only ones with the model I wanted. They made me feel like i was making a drug deal! That's how shady it was. Nasty attitude from the people I was dealing with. I took my family elsewhere for their cars a month later and when my other car is up I'll be going elsewhere also. They got 1 sale from me and lost 4 others over this. I recommend finding a different dealer. Show this place you won't take the BS and when they lose sales the crew will end up being replaced. Hopefully with a better crew.

I want to thank Miss Daniela who was very attentive and helpful to us. She accompanied us throughout the process of buying a car and she made our wait more pleasant. I recommend this dealer without hesitation.

I was so pleased with my experience here. Robert Mahler was the associate who helped me. He took his time with me while I looked over every detail of every car we looked at to make sure I got the one I wanted. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole headache of the process go by so much smoother. The waiting area was big, clean, and everyone was very attentive. If we ever need another car, I’m making sure to come back here and request Robert. Recommended every time!!
