We rated them 4 stars instead of 5 because no one is perfect, but Mercedes Benz of Palm Beach goes above and beyond to give you their best every time, and if not, immediately correct any mishaps when they occasionally occur. Special accolades to our service advisor ERICA and the service manager RON YANNI whom embody terms like "Quality", "Customer Service", and "The Best or Nothing".

I needed a spare key for my Smart car.  So I had to go to the dealer.  Terrible, Terrible, Terrible.   It started Monday.  I live 50 miles away.  {Stuart} I went to the parts dept.  guy there said, auto door button key is $300.00,. A regular key is $50.00   Said they had to order.  2 days.  They didn't order til Wed. So I went today, (Fri.) to get key.  Well, keys didn't work . Parts guy didn't care.  Now he said I need an auto door open key.  Nobody cared about my problem . I spent 2 hours trying to get my money back.    Why do I want a spare key that won't start my car?   They had no answer.   
I am handicapped. Can't talk.   Cancer.   Hard to get them to do anything.   Just didn't care.   I paid cash in advance before they ordered the keys. 
What's this world coming to?   "Big Shots".   Why are they the dealer for Smart Cars.?    They don't care about the "little guy.".

Darrell Metzer was awesome and helped me get into a great lease on a CLA250. I appreciate all his help and would recommend anyone to go to him to get a new car! Very professional and knowledgeable! Thank you again!

Richard King was my salesperson when I purchased a pre-owned Lexus at Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach this past Saturday.The car had been prepped and was all ready for delivery  as agreed.
 Richard was quite knowledgeable on this car that he had taken in trade
 and also had a Carfax ready for my review.
 He was in involved in the transaction from start to finish. and it went very smoothly.
 Richard's professionalism made the purchase a pleasure.
