I was scheduled for my service appointment at my convenience.  The loaner helped me with my schedule for the day.  The work on the vehicle was completed in a very timely and cost effective manner.  It was finished early.  My service writer, Rick, was very professional and helpful.  Overall, a very positive experience.

Service at Lexus is not a chore , it's actually quite pleasant. Coffee and bagels while you wait and a finely tuned car upon completion. It's certainly more pleasant than going to see your doctor or having to see your dentist! Lexus keep up the good work and fine reputation.

My wife and I had such a great experience at Lexus of Palm Beach.  Ryan took care to make sure we had ask our options laid out.  David (the Sales Manager) was immensely helpful and Solomon (finance) saw us through the final step.  They even suffered through our 16 month old running around the place :)  What a comfort to know they were looking out for what fit our needs and had no hidden agenda.  We are grateful and actually look forward to seeing them all again in a few months when I need a car.  I would encourage anyone to stop by and see the difference between them and other dealerships.  Well worth a trip!

You always hear about teamwork this place actually lives it. From the manager Tony to a great sales crew this has been my easiest car buying experience. The best compliment that I can give is that they are honest you come to expect car dealers to find ways of taking advantage this Lexus dealership has integrity.

Lexus of Palm Beach is an amazing dealership for service. Bill Power is professional and helpful. I never wait more than 5-10 minutes before being taken, they do a great job with servicing my car and they always wash it! My car is always ready when they say it will be. I'm very happy with the service at Lexus of Palm Beach!
