I enjoyed my stay here. There are certain floors that show some wear and tear. The lobby has clearly been renovated but some levels need a little work. I stayed on the 10th floor club level and it came with perks! Overall the service was great, the bed was comfy, and the shower was relaxing. If you can get the perks that come with staying on the club level (happy hour, appetizers, coffee, etc) do it!

We had such a wonderful experience at Loew’s Vanderbilt Hotel. The lobby and the rooms were beautiful. The woman at the front desk was so kind and offered to call a restaurant for us to check on their hours. The valet service was kind and very accommodating; Seth gave us suggestions and directions, and Michael drove us to Broadway using the complimentary Hotel Shuttle Service. When we needed to be picked up from Broadway, we simply gave the hotel front desk a call and they were there in 10 minutes!! Overall a wonderful visit with wonderful and caring staff. Thank you!

Great, friendly check-in experience. Very helpful staff. Clean facility that is conveniently located. Minor snafu when the fridge I asked for in my room was delivered with bleach cleaner all over the inside. Other than that, a nice hotel for my business trip.

Sure there are other Hotels yet it is the warmth, sincerity, and service from the Staff that made my Vacation a most memorable experience. The Associates, esp. Kenneth and Shannon (the Concierge Staff), Katelyn from Club Lounge, Sabrina (Housekeeping), and Barry and Carlos, the Valet/Shuttle Staff made me feel like Family and THAT makes Loews more special than any other Establishment! I will, certainly, return and tell others! Thank you...

Great service and a good location. Within easy walking distance to most places at the university and a quick drive to downtown. Rooms were clean, quiet and seemed to be generally be well maintained.
