Let's start with the staff. They were super friendly and attentive to our every need. We were there for a bachelor party and they made sure everything was perfect. The rooms were nice. Just perfect for a room so close to everything Nashville has to offer. They have a nice patio where you can relax and have a drink from the bar, or bring your own drinks if you prefer. The breakfast in the morning was just perfect to get the day going ( and cure the hangover from the night on the town). I highly recommend this place. Next time I'm in Nashville, I'll stay here again!

My stay at the Hayes Street hotel was very good. The hotel was fairly quiet, the beds surprisingly comfy and the shower hot. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. The only downside was that the temperature control in the room was not great. We had it set down to 65 because we sleep much better in the cold, but the room never got below 70. Overall it was a good night, I just didn't sleep under many blankets.

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were very clean. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. Thanks for making our stay pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

This charming hotel was full of southern warmth with cozy modern rooms and amenities. My room was big, clean, cool and perfect. Amber, at the front desk was helpful, friendly and a delight! Nick from valet was quick, attentive and fantastic. The neighborhood was perfect to get to some great restaurants and a quick drive into downtown. I come to Nashville 4-6 times a year and this is my new place to stay! Love it!!

Located just off a main street in a quiet area. Great drinks at pretty reasonable prices. The room was cozy enough, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. $30 for overnight valet parking is a little high, considering it's pretty much your only option for parking (other than trying to find a spot on the street). We will definitely stay again, though!
