Loudest room I've been in in a long time. Roads, elevators, ac all very loud. Felt ripped off at 300% price increase 2 days before New year's. Shower door broken. Clocks and TV had wrong tome zone. Only good thing... They accept dogs

The hotel is right off the highway and there is a lot of stuff close by and easy to get to. Downtown Nashville is just a 10 min Uber ride away. There is also a dog park 5 min from the hotel

Pretty decent stay.. Only downfall is no true breakfast.. And lack of employees so no one is always at the front desk.

The staff were very nice but the hotel needs work. There was some.paint missing on my wall. One of the outlets didn't have a cover. The elevator wasn't insulated properly so it was freezing inside. Not of of their better locations.

We booked on expedia and the room was supposed to be 2 double beds. What we actually got was 1 double bed and a cot. My son burned his hand in the sink because the faucet was improperly labeled. The tub didn't hold water and the faucet was broken. The signs say you need to call for certain things but they seemed put out when asked. The TV only worked when it faced away from the bed. And our shampoo that was provided was already used. This place is garbage and we paid way too much money to stay here. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
