Excellent customer service, they call you by your name when you go in, very personable, when I call I always get a live person instead of an automation.

Got wonderful service at the bank but when I called whoever I spoke with wasn't very educated about what to do.

The customer service is fantastic, but the bank processing is antiquated and unreliable.  Local and quasi-local banks are hard to find.  I will never go back to Bank of America, but I will be looking for a local bank I can rely on.  N.B. of Arizona has been a disappointment.
