Like the other branches better.  Lots of turn over in personnel.

While not an account holder with NBAZ (my girlfriend is), I have done business at this branch many times, and the major factor of this branch is the tellers and management.

Always smiling, always greeting by name, and quick to strike up a meaningful conversation (instead of the typical banking "would you like a mortgage with that?" salesmanship), the staff at this location is a perfect example of excellent customer service. It's an odd feeling to _enjoy_ going to the bank, but the staff makes all the difference in the world.
