I was so impressed with the level of customer service. There was never any pressure to buy, but the salesperson was willing to answer my questions and help me find exactly what I was looking for. As I was wandering the display floor looking at all of the options, I was able to observe how professionally a customer, who came in with an issue with a previous purchase, was handled. There is no doubt in my mind that if I have any concerns with my purchases, there with be completely resolved to my satisfaction. Nationalwide Furniture has found a new life-long customer in me!

I just had the best experience with a salesperson  at Nationalwide Furniture!  I was looking for a couch and I had an idea in my mind of what I wanted and searched high and low with no luck.  Than I went to Nationalwide, I explained to the salesperson what I was looking for.  They took the time to listen to what I wanted and we found my perfect couch and a perfect rug to go with it!!  Thank You Nationalwide Furniture!!!

Poor customer service and the delivery guys are filthy and unkempt. They don't put on floor protectors and have a total disregard for scratching the furniture up and the walls. I would not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy.

Went in and wasn't greeted. First thing that should happen is atleast a hello. Was shopping for my granddaughter. Not much of a selection. Left went to another furniture store and purchased everything she needed. Customer service is key!!
