Overall my massage was amazing. There were some other factors that brought down the experience. I went when they were having some type of event at 5 and my massage was from 3:45 to 4:45. It was very loud and everyone was walking around and making a lot of noise during my massage. I do not get massages very often and when I do I want to be completely relaxed. I could hear people's conversations word for word while getting my massage. I also like to hear about the problems I have after my massage and my therapist kind of just pushed me out the door. I think she was trying to get ready for the party as soon as possible. She did give me a really great massage with really good pressure. But I almost felt rushed. I did get 15% off my massage when I checked out because of the event which I had no idea I was going to get which made me happy after all that noise. I would come back but make sure there is not an event going on right after my massage ended because it is very hard to get relaxed with so much going on.

Front desk staff was awesome.  Was able to fit me in with very short notice.  My massage was with Michael and it was amazing. Can't say enough good things.

Oh my gosh! My Aunt Kathy who works there referred me To laura because I am 14 years old! I have had several massages in my life .but this was truly The best one I have Ever had! I loved the entire experience! I truly now understand the total body experience ! I was so relaxed I had to take a nap and my Mom was getting mad at me because I was acting sully. My Aunt said that it was my endorphins! How Cool is that! Anyway ...Thank you so much for my awesome experience!!!!!

Girlfriends and I all booked 90 minute massages here for a "treat yourself" day and it was phenomenal! As soon as you walk in the aromatherapy and ambience destress you. Highly recommend Jennifer for anyone looking for a firmer hand/deep tissue massage. Great amenities and customer service! They all use organic grape seed oil so for those allergic to oils on their skin, have no fear.

Worst customer service ever! I called to make an appointment and let them know I may have to cancel due to my schedule and they said "that's fine just call us within an hour of the appointment". I called an hour and a half before the appointment and they said that they are charging me 50% of the service. She did NOT specify that I had to call within an hour of the time that I booked the appointment. Never coming here again. Priscilla the director of the spa was the one who booked the appointment and gave me the misleading information. When I called to cancel she had a very nasty attitude and tried to make it seem like I was the one who made the mistake. I told her I would tell others about my experience and she said "that's fine I have a 98% approval rating." I'm very upset, especially since this is so close to the holidays.
