Spa Royale had a sale where you could spend $60 to get an $80 credit which was prefect as I was looking to get two family members massages for this great deal at Christmas. I called & spoke with an associate about this offer. She kept telling me I can go online and make the purchase as I don’t live in Gainesville. At the moment, I only had my mobile device to get online & the section she kept telling me to go to was NOT on their mobile device site. I’m a millenial, pretty tech savvy, so this isn’t a hard thing for me to figure out. After trying for ~10 min on the phone with associate, she ensured me that if I went on a computer it would be there. I said “ok” and then asked the associate if this sale was still happening the next day, just in case I have problems on the computer, she repeatedly told me “yes, this will still be available tomorrow”. I specifically asked this because I knew it would be later in day before I could get to a computer and they would already be closed. So I go same day on a regular computer following the instructions given, nothing on site. I start to look around, found a way to purchase gift certificates but the sale was NOT listed as an option. No panic, I’ll call back next day. Call next day and get a guy named Michael I believe who indicated he was a supervisor. He tells me that sale is over but he can offer me another sale that would cost me $100. $100! I tell him entire scenario with previous associate and how I was promised this sale would still be available on this date. He had no empathy and no desire to investigate what I was told by one of his employees. Unfortunately didn’t get the females name from day before but I’m sure he could have easily figured it out as it was day before and I knew what time I called. I was highly disappointed in the handling of this as I had been a loyal customer purchasing multiple gift certificates for family to this place but after this incident I recognized their lack of customer service and really trying to help a customer when they have fault in this situation. I’ve never written a negative review on an establishment before but this was very disheartening around Christmas time to be treated as such.

I went here for a massage during a soft dry fast, and I had a wonderful time. The sauna was great and so was the massage. I thought the price was good given what you get. This was just my second time getting a massage though in my life, and my first at Spa Royale, so I'm no pricing expert. The staff was very nice, helpful, and professional. I enjoyed the waiting room and showers. I'd definitely recommend coming here. The atmosphere was very relaxing.

Very impressed. Will definitely be going back with my partner. We went for facials in the couples room. Just basic facials, but they really go all out. Can't wait to try more services.
